Victor Olowe – Founder and Director


Victor Olowe is a governance consultant and a former Chief Executive of the Council for Licensed Conveyancers with expertise in professional regulation, consumer protection, risk management and governance issues.

Victor has provided governance services to help organisations to improve board performance including facilitating board effectiveness/governance reviews. Victor also draws on insights from his ongoing experience as a Non-Executive Director/Member in a number of organisations including Chair of the CGMA Examination Board at CIMA/AICPA and Chair of the IFoA’s Quality Assurance Scheme Sub-Committee.

Victor has Advanced Certificates in Corporate Governance, Sport Governance and Administration and Health Service Governance from the ICSA: Governance Institute.
